We operate strictly by appointment only.
NEW PATIENTS
There is an initial fee of £65.00 charged to you for an extensive examination which includes laser scanning for decay detection, full medical records, x-rays and consultation on your treatment needs.
EMERGENCIES
We are very happy to assist our patients who have a dental emergency by seeing them immediately subject to a fee as you will be seen in front of other patients with pre-booked appointments.
Outside normal hours an emergency service is provided.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We take all credit/debit cards, cheques with a cheque guarantee card and cash.
- We also offer interest-free credit to enable patients to spread the cost of treatments costing more than £500 over 12 months up to 3 years.
- This is subject to status; more details are available on request.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT / FAILURE TO ATTEND
- A cancellation fee may apply for patients giving us less then 24 hours notice.
- This will enable us to offer the time to someone who may need an it urgently.
- Failure to attend will result in a charge being made to your account based on the length of your appointment.
- The charge must be paid in full before another appointment will be made.
- All other pre-booked appointments will be cancelled.
